Jarleth Heneghan Wins Client Choice 2025 Award for Construction in Ireland

Jarleth Heneghan, a Partner in William Fry’s  Construction & Engineers practice has been named the exclusive 2025 Client Choice winner for Construction in Ireland.

Jarleth was presented with the prestigious award at a celebratory dinner last night at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London. The Irish award in the Construction category, chosen by Client Choice’s team of researchers, was presented to Jarleth for adding real value to his clients’ businesses. This is the second consecutive year that Jarleth has received this award.

Jarleth specialises in providing advice on both contentious and non-contentious construction, projects, and dispute resolution for state entities, international clients/intermediaries, developers, financial institutions, professionals, and contractors. He also offers guidance on Irish and international construction and engineering agreements, including bespoke and standard forms such as RIAI, IEI, GCCC, JCT, NEC, and FIDIC. Additionally, Jarleth advises on procurement and PPP/PFI matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution methods like conciliation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration, construction insolvency issues, and rescue financing.

Recent and ongoing work highlights include advising the Developer on the development financing and construction of Google Ireland’s Boland’s Quay office and residential development, the redevelopment of the net-zero carbon Irish Life headquarters campus, acting for the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications on the rollout and operation of the National Broadband Plan – the largest construction project in Ireland. Additionally, advising EirGrid on its emergency power generation plants, and advising the daa on the procurement and development of various complex infrastructure projects across its portfolio at Dublin Airport.
