Ranking & Recommendations
2024 Chambers Global
“Stephen is the best M&A lawyer in Dublin. While being very experienced, he is still all over the detail, which means we are always on the front foot on the key topics of a deal. He is extremely efficient and drafts complex legal agreements very quickly. He is highly commercial and solution-focused, so problems are solved very quickly.” “He is very calm, considered and intelligent.” “He is very easy to deal with, straightforward and very on the ball.” “Stephen is a first choice for anything to do with Irish M&A or complex cross-border matters with an Irish element. He is technically very strong, with a deep understanding of all commercial drivers.”
2023 Legal 500 EMEA
Stephen Keogh is in our opinion an outstanding corporate lawyer. He has a very sharp mind, meticulous attention to detail and is always on top of the key issues. He always brings the best of the broader firm to bear for his clients. He is a problem solver – he comes to us with solutions for issues rather than someone who just points out the risks in a deal.
