Stephen Keogh is Head of William Fry’s Corporate department and specialises in transactional corporate work with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions, acting for both investors and companies.

Stephen also advises on a range of general corporate matters, including corporate restructurings. Stephen was the head of William Fry’s London office for 5 years, returning to Ireland in 2017.

  • Echelon Data Centres on its 50% stake sale to Starwood Capital
  • Acrotec Group on its acquisition of Dawnlough (Ireland’s largest supplier of custom tooling)
  • Ferntree on the sale of its stake in Enva to I Squared Capital
  • Kilsaran Concrete on its acquisition of Kilmurray Pre-Cast Concrete
  • Melior Equity Partners on its sale of BHP Insurance to PIB Group
  • Melior Equity Partners on its acquisition of Salmon Software
  • Carlyle Cardinal on its sale of The City Bin Company to Thorntons Recycling
  • A consortium of private investors on the acquisition of Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort
  • Flipdish on its Series C fundraising round
