Stephen Keogh is Head of William Fry’s Corporate department and specialises in transactional corporate work with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions, acting for both investors and companies.

Stephen also advises on a range of general corporate matters, including corporate restructurings. Stephen was the head of William Fry’s London office for 5 years, returning to Ireland in 2017.
