NAMA’s Assets List Published

The National Asset Management Agency hasrecently published a list of 850 properties in Ireland and the UK whichare now under its control, including hotels and golf clubs, retailunits, luxury homes, car parks and undeveloped sites.

Among the Irish properties featured on the list is the Weston Airportin Leixlip, Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links, Fota Island Hotel andGolf Course in Cork, private houses on Dublin’s Ailesbury Road andPembroke Road, and UCD’s veterinary college site in Ballsbridge. Severalretail units in the Grafton Street area and on O’Connell Street arealso featured. The list also includes 193 properties in the UK and 78 inNorthern Ireland, including the Louis Vuitton store in New Bond Streetin London. To date NAMA has reportedly approved €3.9 billion in sales,80% of which represents overseas sales. NAMA intends to update thislist, which is hosted on its website, on a monthly basis.
