The Government Legislation Programme for the Autumn 2017 session has beenpublished.

The Cabinet has approved 28 new Bills for priority publication. The programmeidentifies 30 bills which are expected to undergo pre-legislative scrutiny. 24Bills are currently before the Oireachtas and 69 other proposed Bills are beingconsidered for introduction in the long-term. 49 Bills have been published sincethis Government took office in May 2016 and 44 Bills have been enacted sincethat date.
