The National Minimum Wage Act 2000 sets the legal minimum hourly rates payable by employers in Ireland. However, businesses in certain industries such as retail, catering and construction also have to comply with Employment Regulation Orders (“EROs”) and Registered Employment Agreements (“REAs”).
