The European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) has established a public register of European occupational pension schemes which can be viewed on its website.

The register includes the larger Irish occupational pension schemes (ie those with more than 100 active and deferred members) and contains details of the scheme’s name, address and whether it operates as a cross-border scheme.  From 31 December 2014, this register will be expanded to include the same information on all remaining occupational schemes (ie schemes with less than 100 active and deferred members).
