US-Ireland Update March 2012

Dear All

Welcome to the latest edition of the US-Ireland Update E-zine sent to you for St. Patrick’s Day!

At a time when there is much negative media commentary on the European financial situation, the Irish economy continues to improve. Some of the reasons behind these investment decisions are our low rate of corporation tax, strong export performance and high productivity. Others were summarised by former US President, Bill Clinton at a recent Global Irish Forum event in New York when he said:

“Now is the time to invest in Ireland, where property is a steal and you’ve got the best educated workforce in the world…”

We hope you find this E-zine informative. If you have any queries or comments, please let me or your usual William Fry contact know.
