William Fry is pleased to have advised Kieran Wallace of Interpath as examiner of Wellman International Limited on the successful formulation and implementation of a scheme of arrangement in respect of the company.

This facilitated the company’s exit from examinership and the retention of the majority of the jobs within the business.
