William Fry Appoints Three New Partners

21 May 2013: Leading law firm William Fry today announced the appointment of three new Partners – Cliona Donnelly in Tax, Eibhlin O’Donnell in Banking & Financial Services,  and Catherine O’Flynn in Employment.   These senior appointments demonstrate the Firm’s continued growth in 2013 and the value it places on key personnel within the organisation.

Cliona Donnelly, a tax specialist, has over ten years experience in advising clients in tax structuring including corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and is also a key member of the Firm’s Foreign Direct Investment Group.  Eibhlin O’Donnell, who joined the Firm in 2003, is a member of the Banking and Financial Services Department and specialises in secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, asset finance, property finance, syndicated loans and debt restructuring.  The Employment and Benefits Department welcomes Catherine O’Flynn as Partner. Catherine, who joined the Firm in 2001, specialises in equality legislation and presenting cases to the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Labour Court, the Equality Tribunal and the Rights Commission.
