To provide that (i) payments made to women under the Lourdes Hospital Redress Scheme, the Lourdes Hospital Payment Scheme, the Surgical Symphysiotomy Payment Scheme and people receiving payments relating to disability caused by thalidomide, would not be taken into account in applications made under the Nursing Home Support Scheme (ii) to amend the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013 in order that certain medicinal products can continue to be reimbursed by the HSE under the GMS and Community Drugs Schemes (iii) to amend the Public Health (Standardised Packaging of Tobacco) Act 2015 to provide by way of regulations for a number of elements relating to the appearance of tobacco packaging and (iv) to amend the Health Act 2007 in relation to designated centres |
