To give effect to the social welfare and related matters to be announced in Budget 2016, to amend the Pensions Act 1990 to enable the Office of the Financial Services Ombudsman to undertake the role, duties and functions of the Pensions Ombudsman and to amend the Social Welfare Acts and Pension Act to provide for marriage equality
