Carol’s practice focuses on advising both public and private companies, investment houses and venture capital organisations on a range of corporate law issues, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity and venture capital investments and corporate governance. She is commercial and pragmatic and is the trusted advisor of a variety of Irish and international clients.
