Ivor is Head of the William Fry London Office and a Corporate Partner focusing on Irish and international M&A and private equity transactions.

Ivor has more than 20 years of experience in Irish and international Corporate and M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises on general corporate matters including fundraisings, venture capital/debt, joint ventures and shareholder structuring. Ivor has been Head of the William Fry London office since 2017 where he is based and leads the firm’s UK strategy, while continuing to advise longstanding and new clients and international law firms and their clients on corporate transactions and Irish law matters.
