William Fry’s London office provides premium Irish legal and tax advice to international businesses, based in the UK.

Located in the heart of the City of London, William Fry has had a longstanding presence in the UK capital for over 11 years.

The state of the art London office advises Irish corporates doing business in the UK in respect of Irish legal and tax matters. The predominant focus of the London resident team of William Fry and what they are known for is Corporate M&A and Private Equity, ECM, Asset Management & Investment Funds, ESG & Sustainability and Structured Finance & Securitisation / DCM.

The office also serves as a conduit across all sectors including those which are not serviced from London and are dealt with from the William Fry Headquarters in Dublin.

The office has six full-time lawyers including three Partners and one Senior Associate.
