William Fry's Corporate Immigration Team comprises  solicitors who specialise in employment and immigration law. The team is business focused and work to find the immigration solution that works best in each situation. Typical corporate immigration work includes advising established and new businesses in Ireland on and applying for appropriate employment permits, visas and residency permission for employees in Ireland, short and long term assignments, family reunification rights, long term residency queries and citizenship applications.

Irish Immigration Update: Brexit and the New Pre-Clearance Process

The INIS has published guidance on the pre-clearance and visa process to be followed by non-EU nationals following the end of the Brexit transition period. This pre-clearance applies to any non-EU national who wishes to accompany their UK family member to reside and work in Ireland.
