Companies Bill To bring greater clarification and simplification to the companies code and to modernise Irish company law through the consolidation of the existing 15 Company Law Acts, other regulations and case law  Order for Report in Seanad Éireann
Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Bill Following a review of the 2012 Act, legislative changes will be necessary to enhance the success/performance of the Scheme During the Autumn 2014 Session
Criminal Justice (Corruption) Bill    To consolidate and reform all the legislation currently cited as the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889 – 2010 in a single statute  During the Autumn 2014 Session 
Companies (Accounting) Bill  To provide for options contained in the EU Accounting Directive  2015 
Companies (Auditing) Bill To provide, primarily, for invocation of Member State options contained in the EU Audit Directive 2014/56/EU and EU Audit Regulation 537/2014  2015
