Industrial Relations (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill         To provide for any legislative changes required to deal with the Programme for Government commitment on collective bargaining rights During the Spring/Summer 2014 Session 
Universities (Amendment) Bill     To give the Minister the power to require universities to comply with government guidelines on remuneration, allowances, pensions and staffing numbers in the University sector    Late 2014
Higher Education Authority Bill     To replace the HEA Act 1971 and amend the Universities Act and other relevant legislation as necessary    2015
Technological Universities Bill     To provide for the establishment of Technological Universities and the amendment of IoT/DIT and HEA Acts     2015
