To give statutory effect to Budget day decisions and to make other changes to tax law  

During the Autumn 2014 Session 

International Agreements on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Taxation Bill   
 

To provide for appropriate provisions on assistance in the recovery of taxes and the service of documents to enable Revenue to deal with requests for assistance that may be received under the CoE/OECD Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance. The bill will also provide for the implementation of Titles I, II, IV of the EU-Swiss Anti-Fraud Agreement

Tax Appeal Commission Establishment Bill 

To reform the functions and structure of the Office of the Appeal Commissioners who hear appeals against tax assessments and determinations by Revenue
