Actavis plc today announced the completion of its acquisition of Forest Laboratories, Inc. in a cash and equity deal valued at $28 billion.

With a team led by corporate partner David Fitzgibbon, William Fry advised Forest on a number of key Irish and European points throughout the transaction.  David was joined by Paul White and David Jones from Corporate and Sonya Manzor and Rachel Fox from Taxation.
