William Fry LLP was delighted to represent P Capital Partners in financing the recent acquisition of Bord Na Móna Recycling by Killarney Waste Disposal Ltd (KWD).

This transaction further strengthens P Capital’s presence in Ireland and continues its ongoing support of KWD, as the family owned waste collection business scales to a nation-wide platform.
