Leading Irish law firm, William Fry LLP, has announced the appointment of Lyn Brennan as Head of the firm’s New York office. Lyn, a Banking & Finance Partner who is relocating to New York from William Fry’s Dublin office has significant experience in advising global financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate clients on a range of domestic and international financial transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged finance, acquisition financing, financial restructuring and syndicated lending.  Prior to joining William Fry in 2019, Lyn spent four years practising in New York as part of the leveraged finance team of Milbank and on secondment with Goldman Sachs.

The New York office of William Fry provides Irish legal and tax advice to US and international clients with interests in Ireland.
