William Fry Shortlisted for Irish Intellectual Property Law Firm of the Year

February 18, 2011

William Fry is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for an award as Irish Intellectual Property (IP) Law Firm of the Year by Managing IP’s 2011 Global Awards.

The Managing IP Awards follow the publication of the magazine’s well-established IP survey every February and March.  As part of the work for the survey, researchers ask for recommendations for firms that have had an outstanding year in any aspect of IP work.  Based on these recommendations, shortlists are drawn up for each jurisdiction and the winners are selected from these shortlists.

The shortlisting of William Fry for an award reflects the status of the Firm as a market leader in the provision of intellectual property advice.  In the past year, the Firm’s IP team has acted in a number of important cases for clients such as Astra Zeneca A B, Aviva, Jacobs Fruitfield and Triton plc. The nomination for an award is recognition of the hard work, dedication and professionalism of the team.

This year’s awards are being held in London on 6 April 2011.
