Managing Partner

Stephen Keogh is the Managing Partner of William Fry. Stephen was previously Head of William Fry’s Corporate/M&A department specialising in transactional corporate work with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions, acting for sponsors, target companies and management teams.

Stephen served on William Fry’s management committee for 3 years and was head of William Fry’s London office for 5 years.

Recent significant deals include advising:

Echelon Data Centres on its 50% stake sale to Starwood Capital
Kilsaran Concrete on its acquisition of Kilmurray Pre-Cast Concrete
Acrotec Group on its acquisition of Dawnlough (Ireland’s largest supplier of custom tooling)
Ferntree on the sale of its stake in Enva to I Squared Capital
Kilsaran Concrete on its acquisition of Limestone Industries
Melior Equity Partners on its sale of BHP Insurance to PIB Group
Melior Equity Partners on its acquisition of Salmon Software
Carlyle Cardinal on its sale of The City Bin Company to Thorntons Recycling
