Andrew has extensive experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, capital maintenance, corporate governance, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital. He also headed William Fry’s San Francisco office for three years where he worked closely with US clients on international expansion projects to Ireland. He also leads the firm’s Inward Investment Group and acts for a wide range of Irish and international corporations and investment firms in the technology, life sciences and infrastructure sectors.

- Cruinn Diagnostics, one of the leading providers of laboratory diagnostic equipment, reagents, consumables and calibration services to the Irish market, on its sale to Waterland, a leading Pan-European private equity firm
- Ardian France SA, the leading European-headquartered private equity firm with over US$180 billion of assets under management and advisory, on the Irish legal aspects of its majority-stake acquisition in the Horizon Home Care group, the Swiss-headquartered provider of non-medical home care services under the name Dovida (formerly Home Instead)
- MML Growth Capital Partners on (i) its exit from Schivo Medical Group Limited, a global leader in the medical device and life sciences sectors, as part of a strategic recapitalisation involving Five Arrows Prime Aggregator S.à r.l, (ii) its investment in Relatecare, an Irish and US medtech company specialising in medical consultancy and outsourcing solutions and (ii) its investment in the Mail Metrics group, a rapidly growing customer communications technology provider serving financial and regulated industries.
- Kyte Powertech, the specialist manufacturer of distribution transformers for distribution networks on its sale to R&S Group, the Swiss listed provider of electrical infrastructure components in Europe and the Middle East
