Margaret is a very respected commercial litigator, with over 30 years’ experience. She has advised corporate, professional and multinational clients in defending claims litigated against them, and has acted for clients at Tribunals of Inquiry and before public inquiries.
Margaret has recently advised defendants in multiparty litigation following on from the withdrawal of medical devices and is currently lead adviser to a client defending multiparty healthcare litigation.
