Acting for a syndicate of lenders on $937,000,000 umbrella revolving credit and swingline facilities to Irish regulated QIAIFs within the same investment portfolio.
Advising an Irish regulated QIAIF with respect to £130,000,000 term loan liquidity facilities provided by an international credit institution.
Acting for an international credit institution on an umbrella facilities agreement entered into with a diversified portfolio of investments funds, involving Irish, Caymans, Luxembourg and Delaware vehicles.
Advising an Irish regulated QIAIF on €322,000,000 capital call facilities provided by an international credit institution.
Acting for an international financial institution on a $100,000,000 capital call facility to a portfolio of investments funds, involving Irish, Caymans and Delaware fund structures.
