William Fry is delighted to have advised SIRO Limited on the financing obtained from the European Investment Bank and a syndicate of Irish and international lenders to fund the expansion of its fibre-to-the-home broadband network. This expansion is expected to increase SIRO’s network reach to an additional 320,000 homes and businesses, which will double its footprint and deliver fibre broadband to 154 towns serving 2.1 million people in Ireland.
The William Fry team was led by Siobhan Carlin (Banking & Finance), working together with Ronan Shanahan (Corporate & M&A), Padhraic Mulpeter (Tax), Elaine Hanly (Banking & Finance) and Nicholas Tallon (Banking & Finance).
