William Fry Announces Stephen Keogh as New Head of Corporate / M&A

Appointment of Two New Partners also Announced 

William Fry, one of Ireland’s leading law firms, announces the appointment of Stephen Keogh as its new Head of Corporate and M&A. Stephen joined William Fry over 20 years ago. He returned from the firm’s London office in 2017, where he served as the Head of the London practice for five years. Stephen specialises in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on the private equity and technology sectors.

William Fry has also announced the appointment of two new partners, Ailbhe Dennehy and Ian Murray.

Ms. Dennehy takes up the role of Partner in Employment & Benefits with William Fry. Prior to her appointment, Ailbhe worked with the A&L Goodbody Employment team where she advised both domestic and international clients in relation to a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law and industrial relations issues. Ailbhe specialises in providing strategic and practical advice to employers in change management situations and has also represented employers before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts.

Ian Murray returns to William Fry as a Partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance Department. Ian joins from SCOR Global Life. Previously a member of the firm’s Corporate Department for 13 years, his practice involves a combination of corporate and regulatory insurance and reinsurance work.  Ian is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
