Recent transactions our real estate finance team advised on include:

Advising DNB Bank ASA as lender to a consortium led by Pandox on its €1.4 billion offer to acquire Dalata Hotel Group plc, one of the largest hotel property owners in Europe.
Advising M&G Real Estate on the recapitalisation of College Square, a 540,000 square foot office development which has Workday as anchor tenant. The Workday letting in 2025 was widely reported as the largest single office letting in Europe since 2020.
Advising Echelon Data Centres on its €855 million senior and mezzanine financing with Starwood Capital and a subsequent equity investment in the group by Starwood and refinance.
Advisng Hines on the financing and refinancing of all assets in its purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) portfolio in Ireland.
